What methods of payment does Wilss accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards that have a United States billing address. We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. Confirmed orders will receive a confirmation email with the order number, itemized order with total and tracking information.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is processed for delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free economy ground shipping is applied to orders of $100 or more, before tax.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box address?
Yes. Please select Economy shipping. Standard shipping is not a viable option for delivery to a P.O. Box.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes between 3 to 14 days to deliver. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Wilss gladly accepts returns of items in their original condition with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Final sale items can not be exchanged or returned.

How do I package a return or exchange?
Please include the following:

- Proof of purchase, to include the packing slip or order confirmation.
